Description: Join Petromin Corporation as a Route Supervisor, where you will oversee day-to-day BRT route operations to ensure service reliability, adherence to schedules, and effective issue resolution. Your primary goal will be to uphold high service punctuality and operational safety in line with the BRT model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Implementation: Develop route-level strategies to minimize delays and improve headway management.
  • Budget Monitoring: Oversee overtime and route rescheduling costs while reporting any inefficiencies that could impact energy usage or manpower.
  • Policy Compliance: Enforce adherence to driving and safety SOPs and ensure proper incident and delay reporting protocols.
  • People Management: Supervise drivers, providing ongoing training and guidance for improved route compliance.
  • Coordination: Act as the primary contact for all route matters, coordinating with internal teams, local authorities, contractors, and service providers.
  • Reporting: Submit daily reports on route KPIs, maintain comprehensive records of audits, inspections, and incidents.

KPIs:
  • Ensure adherence to schedules and service reliability.
  • Manage headways and respond to service disruptions effectively.
  • Inspect station conditions and report any safety concerns.
  • Produce performance reports using AVL and ITS systems.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Certifications (CIPP, CPP or relevant procurement certifications)
- 23 years of procurement experience
- Experience in Retail, Logistics, Real Estate, IF&B sectors in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and UAE markets.
