Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate fire protection and electromechanical products/services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Conduct negotiations and effectively close sales deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing client support.
- Stay informed about market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fire protection or electromechanical industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Jeddah and surrounding areas.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
