Hirz International, part of the Abdul-Jawad Trading Group, is a leader in fire protection and electromechanical solutions in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with over 15 years of experience. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive sales growth and build client relationships.

About the Role
The Sales Representative will be crucial in identifying new sales opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to our clients. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a keen understanding of market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate fire protection and electromechanical products/services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Conduct negotiations and effectively close sales deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing client support.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fire protection or electromechanical industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Jeddah and surrounding areas.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
