About the Role:
Join Aris Engineering Consultant as a Business Development Manager, where you will lead business development activities and increase the company’s market share by attracting new projects and building strategic relationships with customers to achieve growth and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Research new opportunities and projects in the engineering consulting sector.
  • Follow up on tenders and requests for proposals (RFP/RFQ) and analyze them.
  • Prepare and coordinate technical and financial proposals in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with clients and government and private entities.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements until closure.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis and propose new expansion opportunities.
  • Represent the company at professional meetings, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure projects align with the company’s capabilities.
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management about opportunities, projects, and market status.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5–8 years of experience in business development or sales within the engineering consulting sector.
  • Good knowledge of tendering and engineering contract procedures.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and related regulations.

  • 4–7 years of drafting experience in engineering consultancy or large-scale construction projects.
  • Experience working on mixed-use or major developments in KSA or GCC preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local authority submission requirements is an advantage.
