Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and build the human resources system in an educational company that includes schools and the central administration. The candidate must have deep experience in developing human resources systems, designing organizational structures, planning salary scales, and building administrative models for operations, with complete adherence to the Saudi labor system and its related regulations.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Prepare and implement the human resources strategy in accordance with the operational plan of the educational company.
  • Design and develop the organizational structure for the central administration and schools, and update it according to expansion and growth.
  • Plan and design the salary scale and benefits (educational / administrative) and link it to job evaluation and the labor market.
  • Prepare and develop approved administrative models for all human resources operations.
  • Lead the process of job description and evaluation and build job description cards.
  • Supervise recruitment operations for educational and administrative staff based on actual needs.
  • Manage employee affairs (contracts, salaries, vacations, attendance, termination of services).
  • Ensure full compliance with the Saudi labor system and the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Education.
  • Manage employee relations and professionally address labor issues.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management including human resources performance indicators.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (or equivalent).
  • At least 4 years of experience in human resources.
  • Practical experience in the educational sector is considered a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in designing organizational structures and building salary scales.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Saudi labor system.
  • Proficiency in human resources systems.
  • High leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English is considered an additional advantage.
