We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the opening of Hyatt Place Al Ula, a significant milestone in our expansion within the region, featuring 214 guestrooms and various amenities for both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to craft and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives. You will oversee:
  • Recruitment & Staffing: Lead the recruitment process for all hotel positions, develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding.
  • Training & Development: Create training programs to equip staff with skills for exceptional guest experiences.
  • Employee Relations: Create a positive work environment by addressing concerns and managing communication across the organization.
  • Performance Management: Guide managers on performance evaluations and development plans.
  • Policy Development: Establish HR policies compliant with regulations.
  • Culture Building: Foster an engaging organizational culture that reflects Hyatt's values.

Qualifications:
We require a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 5 years of HR experience within the hospitality sector, preferably in a pre-opening context. Applicants should possess strong knowledge of local employment laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop effective training programs.
