About the Role:
As the Director of Operations, you will take charge of overseeing all operational aspects of our hotel in Madinah, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction and driving performance. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence within our diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance hotel operations and profitability.
  • Lead and mentor department heads and staff, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Oversee rooms division operations, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services.
  • Manage financial performance through budgeting and cost-control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Drive revenue growth using effective pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase occupancy.
  • Analyze key performance indicators for targeted improvement.
  • Address guest concerns proficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Stay updated with market trends and innovations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 810 years of experience in hotel operations management, especially in rooms division.
  • Strong leadership and financial management skills, including P&L oversight.
  • Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of Saudi hospitality standards.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
  • Must be a Saudi National.
