About the Role:
As the Director of Operations, you will take charge of overseeing all operational aspects of our hotel in Madinah, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction and driving performance. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence within our diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance hotel operations and profitability.
- Lead and mentor department heads and staff, promoting continuous improvement.
- Oversee rooms division operations, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Manage financial performance through budgeting and cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Drive revenue growth using effective pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase occupancy.
- Analyze key performance indicators for targeted improvement.
- Address guest concerns proficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Stay updated with market trends and innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 810 years of experience in hotel operations management, especially in rooms division.
- Strong leadership and financial management skills, including P&L oversight.
- Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with hospitality management systems.
- Thorough knowledge of Saudi hospitality standards.
- Adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Must be a Saudi National.
