Your Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts preferred; certificate in pastry-making a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a high-volume pastry/bakery kitchen.
  • Proven leadership in supervising teams of 4 or more.
  • Strong knowledge of baking procedures and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to reduce waste while meeting production deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Flexible availability for various shifts.
