Join Hilton as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager!
At Hilton, we are dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and fostering a workplace where our team members thrive. As a Personal Assistant to the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient Executive Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process for expatriate associates and manage work visas and permits.
  • Maintain expatriate associates’ personal files with strict confidentiality.
  • Compile and submit timely management reports.
  • Record minutes of meetings and ensure accurate translation of documents.
  • Supervise the performance of departmental secretaries and provide training as needed.
  • Coordinate special reservation requests made through the Executive Office.
  • Complete other assigned duties to support the Executive Office.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role within a medium to large hotel.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A degree in Business Administration is preferred, but not required.
  • Certification in Secretarial or Administration skills is an advantage.

Work Location: Dar Al Ajwa Hotel Madinah, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
