As a Reservations Agent, you will serve as the key contact for room reservations, providing excellent service that influences guest decisions to stay at our property. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth booking process and enhancing the overall guest experience.

What you will be doing:
  • Convert inquiries into booked reservations swiftly.
  • Respond positively to sales inquiries to generate future leads.
  • Identify potential sales leads.
  • Deliver professional responses to all customer inquiries, ensuring reservations are accurately completed.
  • Provide prompt, efficient service while adhering to brand standards.

What we are looking for:
We seek individuals who are passionate about customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and have strong organizational capabilities.

It would be advantageous if you possess:
  • Previous experience in a Reservations environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications or a collegiate-level degree.

  • Proficiency in reservation systems like Opera.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage bookings.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
