Join Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA as the Director of Sales & Marketing.
As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and optimizing our commercial strategies across multiple properties. You will lead the commercial team in executing comprehensive sales and marketing management to maximize profitability and enhance our market position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, advertising, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and maximize yield.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Uphold the hotel's brand standards and contribute to enhancing its market positioning.
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, contributing to health, safety, and environmental conservation.
