Job Summary:
The IT Network Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems, including network equipment and CCTV at our project sites. This role requires collaboration with site teams to ensure seamless IT operations, supporting various project and engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure at project sites.
• Install and maintain CCTV systems and configure telecom systems.
• Set up and troubleshoot AV systems for effective communication.
• Ensure reliable internet connectivity and perform regular network health checks.
• Provide user support for IT-related issues at the site.
• Document configurations and monitor power backup systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for installations and repairs.
• Implement IT and cybersecurity policies on-site.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 24 years of hands-on experience in IT/network support.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and experience with CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of VoIP systems and familiarity with AV technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.
