We are looking for an outstanding secretary to join the Metal Construction Company for General Contracting.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the manager or administration in various tasks, including writing documents, managing phone calls and visitors, and coordinating key projects. We are looking for someone with the necessary skills to interact efficiently with clients and staff.

Main tasks:
  • Taking notes during meetings.
  • Managing phone calls and receiving messages.
  • Coordinating agendas for meeting participants.
  • Creating systems for filing and records.
  • Traveling for meetings within the Kingdom.
Requirements:
  • Practical experience of no less than two years.
  • Having a car and a driving license.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Business Administration, or Executive Secretarial.
