We are looking for a dedicated Secretary to support our executive management at the الجمعية الخيرية لتحفيظ القران الكريم بالمدينة المنورة. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize the executive manager’s appointments and take minutes in shorthand.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution and registration.
  • Coordinate meetings by managing schedules, securing meeting rooms, and preparing agendas.
  • Establish and maintain filing systems and ensure the regular storage and organization of all documents.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Executive Secretarial Studies.
  • 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced skills in communication services and documentation software.
  • Proficient in computer typing and handling emails efficiently.
  • Fluent in English (intermediate level preferred).

Work Details:
  • Full-time position.
  • Working days: 6 days a week.
  • Salary range: 4000 to 5000 SR per month.
