We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to be a key player in our operational team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative support while adhering to compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Liaison: Act as the main contact point with authorities, assist in business permit applications, and ensure compliance with updates.
  • Contract Management: Maintain client and third-party service contracts, track timelines, and ensure accessibility of documentation.
  • Logistics & Client Coordination: Plan logistics for collections and deliveries, and coordinate services with clients to meet their needs.
  • Tender & Procurement Management: Support tender preparation and submissions while maintaining detailed records.
  • Reporting & Invoicing: Prepare monthly treatment certifications and manage invoicing for specialized services.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in administrative, compliance, or client coordination.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills in English & Arabic, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information.
