Join Our Team as an Admin Support Specialist!
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Admin Executive to join our team for a prestigious PMO project. As an Admin Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting project managers and teams by ensuring efficient administrative operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and it will be based in Makkah.

Profile:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Admin Executive to join our team for a prestigious PMO project. As an Admin Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting project managers and teams by ensuring efficient administrative operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and it will be based in Makkah.
Main Duties:
- Draft emails and communications to staff and clients.
- Organize company events or conferences.
- Maintain records of stationery and furniture.
- Manage housekeeping materials and store records.
- Control all documentation related activities in a project.
- Prepare invoice records, daily requirement reports, and consumption reports as per client and head office requirements.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the project team, such as ordering supplies and managing office logistics.
- Maintain files and control logs as required according to project specifications.
Profile:
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role, preferably within an engineering or construction environment.
- A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience post-bachelor's degree.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
