Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages following established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service.
• Monitor inventory levels, communicate replenishment needs, and maintain a clean workstation.
• Follow health and safety regulations for food handling and sanitation, regularly cleaning and sanitizing equipment and service areas.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Accurately handle cash and card transactions through the point-of-sale system.
• Engage in team meetings and training to stay updated on menu changes and service standards.
• Support colleagues and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:
You should ideally have a diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage, along with prior experience as a Barista in a high-volume restaurant. Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
