About the Role:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) at TÜV SÜD plays a critical role in facilitating the growth and success of our business operations. This position is essential for strategic planning and development, helping to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Join us at TÜV SÜD, a global leader renowned for quality, integrity, and technical excellence in testing, inspection, and certification services.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Analyze markets and provide strategic directions for developing new business.
  • Identify and evaluate profitable business opportunities.
  • Lead consulting projects and manage project teams effectively.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager GES to monitor and steer the commercial funnel of the divisions.
  • Deliver outstanding presentations and proposals to capture business opportunities.
  • Grow consulting skills and capabilities within the team through training and development.

Qualifications:
  • University degree in Engineering and preferably an MBA from a top-tier Business School.
  • Over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the Renewable Energy & Hydrogen business at a strategic level within ME/GCC countries.
  • Proven track record of developing new business and managing change projects.
  • A strong passion for business development and a drive to achieve success.
