We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the team of Housekeeping Attendants towards achieving operational objectives.
  • Prepare job assignments for Housekeeping Attendants.
  • Issue keys and supplies to team members.
  • Take note of VIPs, Do Not Disturb, and Sleep Out rooms and take appropriate action.
  • Attend daily meetings and receive special instructions.
  • Inspect cleaned areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
  • Fill out reports and handle lost and found items.
  • Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants and evaluate their performance.
  • Assist with inventory management and ensure proper handling of housekeeping equipment.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a diploma or vocational training in hospitality along with previous supervisory experience within the Housekeeping Department. Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and computer literacy are essential. Experience with Opera is an advantage.
