We're looking for a dedicated professional to oversee housekeeping operations. In this role, you'll manage room status communications, enforce cleanliness standards, and enhance guest relations.

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Monitor room status and communicate with the front desk
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
  • Inspect cleanliness in rooms and public areas
  • Assist in inventory management of supplies
  • Provide training for housekeeping staff
  • Support cost control and payroll management

What We Need From You:
  • Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory role
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical fitness for lifting and moving items
  • Strong literacy and basic math skills

Qualifications:
You should ideally have a diploma or vocational training in hospitality with previous minor supervisory experience within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel.

Skills Required:
  • Good command of written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literacy and previous experience with Opera are advantageous.
  • Understanding of hotel operations and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
