Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Supervisor!

At Rotana Hotels, we are seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our hotel maintains its high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the team of Housekeeping Attendants and prepare their job assignments.
  • Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants.
  • Manage records of VIP guests, Do Not Disturb status, Sleep Out, Double-Lock Rooms, and act accordingly.
  • Attend daily briefings and communicate special instructions.
  • Handle check-outs and ensure rooms are reported as vacant.
  • Fulfill special guest requests.
  • Inspect cleaned areas against checklists to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Report any immediate repairs needed and maintain inventory of supplies.
  • Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants and provide performance feedback to management.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or vocational training in hospitality along with previous minor supervisory experience within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel. A strong command of written and spoken English as well as excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with Opera is a plus.
