Job Purpose: You will oversee the company's financial management, ensuring efficient financial performance according to best accounting and financial practices while supporting strategic decision-making and achieving sustainable growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Enhance financial policies and procedures ensuring compliance.
  • Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial reports, analyzing variances.
  • Manage cash flows, ensuring liquidity to meet company obligations.
  • Supervise accounting operations, preparing financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS).
  • Evaluate and analyze real estate or contracting project performance from a financial perspective.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and analyze investment returns for new projects.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and governmental agencies (*, taxation).
  • Monitor project costs, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
  • Provide financial reports and analyses for top management to support decision-making.
  • Lead the financial team, developing their professional capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred.
  • At least 10 years of financial experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Financial Manager position.
  • Practical experience in contracting or real estate development is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial and accounting systems (*, ERP – SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost management, and taxes.
  • Excellent financial analysis and strategic planning abilities.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
