Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets.
  • Coordinate smoothly between the kitchen, service, and support departments.
  • Maintain high service standards and hygiene in line with Fairmont's policies.
  • Analyze performance metrics to maximize profitability while ensuring luxury service.
  • Lead and mentor a multicultural F&B team for operational excellence.
  • Conduct training programs focused on guest experience and service culture.
  • Address guest feedback effectively for personalized service recovery.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to create unique dining concepts.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets and cost controls.
  • Promote sustainable practices aligning with environmental commitments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in F&B management in luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple outlets and operations.
  • Financial acumen and experience in budgeting.
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Pre-opening experience is desirable.

  • Proven ability to drive outlet profitability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
