You should hold a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course with a minimum of five years of experience in reputable establishments, including expertise in pastry, bakery, butchery, a la carte, banquet, and buffet styles. Strong communication skills in English and a proven track record in food preparation and presentation are essential.
Knowledge & Competencies:
The ideal candidate will exhibit flexibility, strong organizational and managerial skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural team. Key competencies include:

- Assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of food production and quality improvement.
- Support the design, implementation, and oversight of special events and food promotions.
- Monitor production standards to ensure the highest quality in all kitchens.
- Ensure implementation of HACCP standards and maintain appropriate hygiene according to Municipality requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, and market trends.
- Compare operations with local competitors and control the hotel’s food cost.
