Job Description
As a friendly and professional Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities include:
  • Greeting guests warmly upon their arrival
  • Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Escorting guests to their tables and presenting menus
  • Collaborating with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the reception area and dining section
  • Handling reservations through phone and online
  • Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues
  • Staying informed about menu items and specials
  • Assisting in organizing special functions during busy periods
  • Promoting special offers to enhance guest experience

Qualifications
We require:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude
  • Strong communication skills, proficient in English
  • Cultural sensitivity and knowledge of local customs
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
