Required a human resources employee to work in a prestigious company, with at least 3 years of experience in the field of human resources and holding a bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources. The candidate must be proficient in both Arabic and English, with a high ability to communicate and interact with employees professionally. The main tasks include:
• Managing recruitment and hiring operations and conducting job interviews
• Following up on employee affairs and their files and administrative procedures
• Preparing and implementing training and development programs for employees
• Managing the payroll, benefits, and insurance system
• Developing and updating human resources policies and procedures
• Preparing periodic reports related to employee performance and workforce movement
• Contributing to improving the work environment and enhancing job satisfaction.
