Job: Human Resources Manager
Location: Al-Qassim – Buraydah City
Sector: Prestigious Engineering Consulting Company

🎯 General Objective of the Job:
Leading and developing the human resources system to ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations and achieve the highest levels of efficiency in managing employee affairs, salaries, and insurance, within a professional engineering environment.

✅ Qualifications and Required Experiences:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent (Master's degree or professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD preferred).
  • Practical experience of not less than 4 years in human resources management within engineering consulting companies or similar technical environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of government human resources platforms such as Qiwa, Social Insurance, and Payroll System.
  • Proven experience in preparing employment contracts, managing employee files, and applying human resources policies in accordance with Saudi labor law.
  • Proficiency in using automation programs and electronic systems for managing human resources (HRMS).
  • High ability to communicate, analyze, and make decisions in multi-tasking environments.

🛠 Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Full supervision of recruitment, evaluation, and termination processes.
  • Preparing and updating internal policies in accordance with local and international regulations.
  • Managing salaries, allowances, and social insurance with accuracy and transparency.
  • Coordinating with government entities to ensure full compliance (Ministry of Human Resources, insurance, zakat, and tax).
  • Developing training and professional development programs for employees.
  • Leading initiatives to improve the work environment and enhance performance culture.
