At Al-Faisal Transport and Logistics Company, we are dedicated to providing exceptional transportation and logistics services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a proficient Human Resources Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer HR policies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Manage government platforms (Qiwa, Social Insurance, Muqeem).
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for HR functions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and dedication to assigned tasks.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Commitment to the job and ability to manage tasks effectively.

Salary: 5,500 SR

About the job:
We are seeking a proactive HR Officer to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee services, ensuring smooth processes, excellent employee experience, and strong alignment with company policies and Saudi labor laws.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, experience with HR systems is a plus.

Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or Employee Services.
  • Experience in the sports, fitness, hospitality, or service industry is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Labor Law and HRDF/GOSI portals preferred.
