Job opportunity as a Human Resources Specialist at Masarat Real Estate Development Company in Mecca. This role is considered vital as it contributes to managing and developing the workforce through a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing recruitment processes starting from writing job descriptions to conducting interviews.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Evaluating employee performance and providing necessary feedback for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.
  • Developing human resources policies and procedures to enhance the work environment.
  • Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts within the team.
  • Providing administrative support for various human resources projects.
  • Analyzing employee data to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Organizing events and activities to enhance team spirit.
  • Conducting periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and provide necessary recommendations.
Preferred Candidate:
  • Previous experience in the field of human resources of no less than two years.

  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with employees.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and review the general ledger and chart of accounts within Matrix ERP.
  • Coordinate and prepare all documentation required for external audits.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure accounting processes adhere to IFRS and SOCPA standards.
  • Prepare and file accurate monthly/quarterly VAT returns through the ZATCA e-services portal.
  • Develop and implement an annual internal audit plan to assess financial, operational, and compliance risks.
  • Prepare corporate financial statements for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification (SOCPA/CPA).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and compliance roles, preferably in real estate.
  • Proficient in Matrix ERP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and local tax law.
  • High attention to accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
