Role - Technician, Paint Shop Maintenance
Join TASC Outsourcing as a Technician in Paint Shop Maintenance, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of production equipment. We are seeking a skilled professional to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety checks while optimizing system performance to maintain high-quality output.

Key Functional Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive & corrective maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical & electrical issues.
  • Maintain robots, conveyors & paint systems.
  • Conduct safety checks & inspections.
  • Execute predictive maintenance.
  • Maintain maintenance records & escalate issues.
  • Assist in emergency response activities during equipment failures or power outages.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues with production machines.
  • Monitor production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Implement safety measures to adhere to safety, quality standards, and prevent accidents.

Education:
Technical High School or Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or any related industrial field.
