General Objective of the Job:
Leading the company towards leadership in the field of digital marketing by innovating unconventional strategies, adopting the latest artificial intelligence technologies, and building an exceptional team capable of expanding market presence and achieving sustainable growth.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
* Strategic Leadership
• Developing and implementing innovative marketing plans that achieve a competitive advantage in the market.
• Enhancing the company’s identity and strengthening its presence across digital and media channels.
• Thinking outside the box and proposing unconventional marketing ideas and campaigns.
* Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
• Overseeing all social media platforms and developing growth and engagement strategies.
• Using artificial intelligence techniques and tools to analyze data, create content, and optimize campaigns.
• Innovating creative content ideas (Visual & Interactive Content) that increase engagement rates and enhance the brand.
* Collaboration with Influencers and Building Partnerships
• Creating and managing effective professional relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Designing and executing impactful campaigns (Influencer Marketing) to maximize impact on target demographics.
• Negotiating contracts and ensuring return on investment through influencer partnerships.
* Selecting and Building Human Competencies
• Attracting the best creative talents in marketing, design, and digital production.
• Leading teams flexibly and motivating them to achieve objectives.
• Building a creative culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
* Management and Analysis
• Managing marketing budgets efficiently and achieving the highest return on investment.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior management.
• Monitoring market trends and providing recommendations based on accurate data.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (Master's or professional certifications in digital marketing preferred).
• At least 7 years of experience in managing digital marketing companies or agencies.
• Proven experience in dealing with influencers and managing extensive social media campaigns.
• High ability to apply tools and techniques of artificial intelligence in marketing strategies.
• Exceptional creativity, strategic planning, and management skills in diverse teams.
• High flexibility in communication and problem-solving with creative thinking and innovation ability.
Personal Skills:
• High creative sense and ability to think outside the box.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with flexibility in dealing with various stakeholders.
• Inspirational leadership and advanced skills in motivation and change management.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve results in dynamic environments.
