As a Front Desk Administrator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Front Desk & Guest Relations: Welcome guests professionally and provide tours of the facility. Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Sales & Client Support: Assist clients in selecting package options and support them in their decision-making process. Ensure excellent customer service and effective problem resolution.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle emails, organize files, and maintain both digital and physical documentation.
  • Supplier & Partner Support: Manage orders and ensure active stock levels.

About You:
You should be professional, patient, and committed to enhancing the guest journey. Key attributes include:
  • Empathy and calmness in handling guest concerns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
