Integrated Medical Care Company (Intermed Clinic) is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our comprehensive medical center in Jeddah. We offer a diverse range of multidisciplinary healthcare services, supported by over 60 highly qualified Saudi consultants trained in the USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia.

Role Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic by handling appointment scheduling, greeting patients and visitors, and providing administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Answering phone calls professionally
  • Ensuring smooth patient flow at the clinic
  • Maintaining accurate patient and medical records

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling and knowledge of receptionist duties in a professional setting
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and experience in medical office environments
  • The ability to manage a fast-paced front desk in a healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail
  • A customer service orientation with compassionate and polite interaction with patients
  • Proficiency with healthcare software and basic computer skills

Previous experience in medical reception or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
