Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics and supply chain strategies aligned with commercial goals.
• Manage all logistics operations including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution.

Daily Operations:

• Create and prepare desserts following the menu guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Decorate desserts and manage the preparation of plate desserts.
• Implement efficient kitchen processes and ensure adherence to recipe standards.
• Monitor kitchen waste and suggest improvements.

Procurement:

• Assist in inventory control and the requisition process for pastry goods.
