Your Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional and friendly service to guests
• Maximize revenue through up-selling and recommending property facilities
• Handle room reservation requests accurately and efficiently
• Update and maintain the reservation system information

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in luxury hotels
• Guest-focused personality
• Experience with Opera or similar systems is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

• Convert enquiries into bookings with personalized recommendations.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, capturing preferences and requests.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams for operational efficiency.
• Manage room allocations and special requests attentively.
• Support VIP bookings with bespoke arrangements.
• Process payments and handle billing information.
• Respond to guest inquiries about rates and availability.
• Promote upselling opportunities like room upgrades.
• Ensure accuracy of reservations in the PMS and booking systems.
• Assist with group reservations as needed.
• Resolve booking issues with discretion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Previous experience in Reservations or Guest Services.
• Proficiency in reservation and property management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
