At M Hotel Al Dana Makkah, we are seeking a dedicated Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests looking to make room reservations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting guests with their booking inquiries and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the reservation processes.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests in making room reservations through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest reservations.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns related to bookings and accommodation.
  • Verify guest information and payment details to confirm reservations.
  • Offer assistance and recommendations to guests based on their preferences and needs.
  • Promote special offers, packages, and discounts to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and room types.
  • Collaborate with the reservations team to ensure accurate room inventory management.
  • Assist with group reservations and bookings as needed.
  • Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve reservation skills and knowledge.
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner and adhere to health and safety procedures.
