About the Role:
The Reservation Agent will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service to our guests. This role involves managing reservations efficiently and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming reservation requests and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide information about hotel services, room availability, and rates.
  • Process and confirm reservations accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist guests with modifications or cancellations as necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with guests to enhance their experience.
