As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage financial returns, and strive to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Financial Management: Conduct market and competitor analysis, manage P&L, and develop promotional calendars for F&B products.
  • Team Leadership: Train restaurant employees, lead performance reviews, and foster employee engagement.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure quality service, manage guest relationships, and address complaints to enhance satisfaction.
  • Operational Standards: Implement safety protocols and maintain cleanliness while identifying revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:
We seek candidates who are Arabic speakers, have completed a degree or certification in the Hospitality Industry, and possess at least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. Fluent English and computer knowledge (MS Office) are required.
