As a Restaurant Manager at Hilton, you will be responsible for managing restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional guest and member experience. Your role will encompass training staff, adhering to budgeted guidelines, and maintaining exemplary customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Ensure high levels of customer service
  • Recruit, manage, train, and development team members
  • Handle guest inquiries efficiently
  • Work within budgeted guidelines for food and labor
  • Drive sales to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop menus with the Food and Beverage team
  • Conduct monthly stock takes
  • Set departmental targets, objectives, and policies
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction and focus on continuous improvement
  • Assist in maintaining good relationships with other departments
  • Follow hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
  • Management or supervisory experience in Food and Beverage
  • Proven ability to meet financial targets
  • Familiarity with Food and Beverage brand standards
  • Strong ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent grooming standards and a passion for guest service
  • Willingness to develop team members
