We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee and enhance our workplace health, safety, and environmental program. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to ensure compliance with safety regulations and to foster a proactive safety culture across all operations.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to ensure compliance with safety regulations and to foster a proactive safety culture across all operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety management systems, policies, and procedures in line with local regulations and international standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Lead incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate safety standards into project planning and execution.
- Deliver training programs and awareness sessions to promote a strong safety culture among employees and contractors.
- Prepare and submit safety reports and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, fire safety, and environmental protection regulations.
- Liaise with governmental bodies and external auditors regarding safety compliance and certifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in safety management, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi and international safety standards (*, OSHA, ISO 45001, NEBOSH).
- Proven experience in risk assessment, HSE audits, and emergency response management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety management systems.
