Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in B2B sales within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s corporate client base.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in B2B sales within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s corporate client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Identify, target, and secure new corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners.
- Manage and develop Governmental Accounts to expand business opportunities and strengthen public sector relationships.
- Build, manage, and retain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote hotel services.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, rates, and long-term agreements with corporate clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to align strategies and optimize pricing.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and maintain updated records in CRM systems.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues or complaints.
- Support internal teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate bookings and events.
- Track and evaluate sales performance against KPIs and targets.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent understanding of corporate sales and account management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
