As a leader in the manufacturing sector since 1956, Napco National specializes in producing high-quality packaging solutions. We're looking for a reliable Sales Executive to boost our sales efforts and ensure our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell a wide range of our products to assigned customers.
  • Monitor competition activities in your area.
  • Implement effective planograms in stores.
  • Handle special order requests as needed.
  • Ensure timely collection of invoices in accordance with company policy.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for business reviews and market visits.
  • Identify and report potential new customers.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate to the sales team leader if necessary.
  • Prepare and present customer orders, along with daily collections.
  • Issue return forms for defective products.
  • Reconcile customer accounts quarterly.
  • Conduct inventory checks during visits.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
