As a Corporate Sales Specialist, you will be pivotal in driving growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities. Your ability to understand client needs and present tailored learning and development solutions will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments with clients to understand their learning goals.
  • Present offerings to clients, effectively communicating value and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients, negotiating terms as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the process.

Job Requirements:
  • 25 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the training or L&D industry.
  • Training background is essential.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals.
  • Ability to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
