We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing real estate team in the Makkah Region, Saudi Arabia. If you have a passion for property sales, strong client engagement skills, and a track record of achieving targets, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
  • Conduct property viewings and present projects professionally
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in real estate sales (Makkah market experience is a plus)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
