Rixos Hotels, established in 2000, pioneers the ‘ALL Inclusive, ALL Exclusive’ concept, inviting guests to discover a luxurious experience complemented by culinary delights, live entertainment, and wellness journeys. We are currently seeking a dedicated Storekeeper to manage the flow of goods and deliveries within our hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and forward all goods and deliveries, ensuring they are logged correctly according to procurement standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Place orders through the online procurement system.
  • Control central store inventories and oversee delivery and stock counts.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety procedures, particularly regarding food and beverage items.
  • Assist and support Team Members within the Food & Beverage Department.
  • Conduct inventory and stock taking, as well as recipe costing for new menus.
  • Verify spoilage reports and approve beverage issues.
  • Perform yield tests and conduct market surveys for food products.
  • Generate food and beverage revenue and cost analysis regularly.

Qualifications:
We require a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a vocational hospitality degree along with 5-6 years of experience in a 4-5 star hotel. This role is essential for maintaining efficient operations and supporting the overall guest experience at Rixos Hotels.

Coordination:
  • Coordinate with planning, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Liaise with transporters/drivers to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
  • Support audits and inspections conducted by internal and external parties.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of warehouse/storekeeping experience, preferably in food distribution or FMCG.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and food safety practices.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities.
