Position Overview:
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic Early Years Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and who brings creativity, patience, and joy into the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging activities that align with our play-based, exploratory approach.
  • Support learning through hands-on, sensory, and outdoor experiences (*, gardening, messy play, sensory gym).
  • Use storytelling, songs, creative movement, and conversation to support overall development.
  • Support children’s independence, self-expression, and creativity through a variety of activities and open-ended exploration.
  • Observe and respond to each child's individual interests and developmental needs.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment both indoors and outdoors.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to enrich learning spaces and experiences.
  • Encourage positive social interaction, problem-solving, and emotional regulation through play.

Qualifications:
  • Is a native or fluent English speaker with clear communication skills.
  • Has experience working with young children (preferably ages 2–6) in creative or play-based settings.
  • Understands child development and embraces a child-led, exploratory teaching philosophy.
  • Is comfortable leading activities in varied settings (indoor, outdoor, sensory, messy play).
  • Brings a warm, energetic, and imaginative presence to the classroom.
  • Is adaptable, proactive, and values collaboration.
  • Must be a Saudi national.

Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will take full ownership of the Western Region, driving sales performance, distributor effectiveness, and on-ground execution. Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver regional sales targets across all assigned channels.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of sales supervisors and field sales representatives.

- Based in or willing to relocate to the Western Region.
