In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for guests calling the hotel, and your professional demeanor will contribute to a positive experience for each of them. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Receiving guest calls warmly and professionally to foster a friendly interaction.
  • Communicating effectively with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Addressing queries with politeness and always exceeding guest expectations.
  • Greeting guests by name upon their calls.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and local offerings.
  • Utilizing the Opera Guest profile system to enhance guest interaction.
  • Managing and accurately recording long-distance call vouchers.
  • Delivering prompt wake-up calls and maintaining the switchboard for efficient call transferring.
  • Taking messages for guests and management while adhering to established standards.
  • Following environmental, health, and safety standards as per company policies.
