Introduction: We at ARENA RISE are looking for a telephone sales representative to join our team. This position will be responsible for communicating with potential and current customers over the phone to present the company's services in managing exhibitions and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making daily calls to targeted customers to present the company's services.
  • Following up with potential customers and converting opportunities into real clients.
  • Building and regularly updating the customer database.
  • Presenting sales pitches and clearly explaining the company's competitive advantages.
  • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Preparing regular reports on sales activities and progress.
  • Coordinating with the marketing team and other departments to support campaigns and special offers.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service (preferably in the exhibitions or service industries).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in computer use and customer relationship management systems.
  • Professionalism and tact in dealing with customers.
