Join Hilton as a Waiter/ess!
As a Waiter/ess at Hilton, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our guests. You will serve our guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner, displaying extensive knowledge of our menu offerings to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest queries with a positive attitude and prompt service.
  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following all regulations.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu and offerings.
  • Ensure workstations are well-stocked and organized.
  • Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and to consistent quality standards.
  • Adhere to Hilton's grooming standards and maintain cleanliness.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
