Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the hotel's performance standards.
• Greet, seat customers, and provide them with professional and personalized service.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist and advise guests.
• Monitor the quality of food & beverage served consistently.
• Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints satisfactorily.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and service equipment.
• Responsible for service preparations before, during, and after the service.
• Ensure minimum wastage and actively use up-selling techniques.

Skills and Qualifications:
You should have a diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage, along with previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant. A good command of English and strong guest service skills are essential.
