We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Waiter to join our team at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Located in the heart of the Red Sea Project, our resort promotes excellence and sustainable hospitality. As a Waiter, you will contribute to delivering superior guest experiences in a luxurious environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient food and beverage service at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Present menus proactively and provide detailed explanations of dishes and beverages.
• Maintain strong product knowledge including menu items and daily specials.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items promptly.
• Ensure tables are set and reset according to service standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications:
This position is open to Saudi Nationals only. Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar luxury hospitality role. A high school diploma is preferred. Strong communication skills in English and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

The Role
As a Waitress, your role is to serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by prompt and courteous service delivery to all guests, as a Hospitality Ambassador for the hotel.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to guarantee prompt service and efficient operations.
• Understand and adhere to all hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures related to guest service, operation management, and personal grooming and discipline.
• Be knowledgeable about the hotel's services and facilities to address any guest inquiries effectively.
• Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
• Develop a thorough understanding and have complete knowledge of the menus.
• Actively participate in all training sessions to enhance professional skills and improve guest satisfaction.
