Job Scope
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be at the forefront of our service operations, responsible for ensuring a high-quality experience for our guests in our airport lounges. Your passion and dedication will help craft exceptional dining experiences.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform all lounge duties professionally in alignment with Plaza Premium Group standards.
  • Handle guest admission processes smoothly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Prepare and serve food & beverages, providing recommendations to guests.
  • Restock supplies as necessary throughout your shift.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the lounge area.
  • Follow health and safety standards diligently.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining uniform standards.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in hotel or catering.
  • Ability to work effectively in a bar setting.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of spoken English.
